just myself

find myself around the corner
looking for someone that
notice me for who I am

find myself standing
in front of the mirror 
looking for someone 
that can reflect the best of me

find myself walking 
on the empty beach 
looking for the path
that can define the real me

somehow I can only
find me
my own reflection
on my own footsteps.
